Opening intellicad drawing in Autocad proxy issue

When opening the files I create in Intellicad 7.2 Pro with Autocad 2004, i receive a message about proxies that will be displayed. Listed below are the proxies (all with no graphics) that autocad detects.
These proxies are preventing Autocad from copyclipping entities from modelspace to paperspace. Purging all a couple times in Autocad2010 removes the proxies and then it works fine.
Any suggestions on how to REMOVE THESE PROXIES FROM MY INTELLICAD DRAWING TEMPLATES? I'm led to believe DWG is the native format for Intellicad so this conflict in compatibility is disappointing.
