frequent crashes with autosave Icad 5 PE

I am experiencing frequent crashes when autosave runs in Icad 5 - like every 3 or 4 times it runs. I have no other apps running other than firewall, anti virus and anti spyware, lots of memory - 1.2 gigs. and a recently re -installed version of XP with all patches and SP2 installed.
