TRIM polylines

TRIM would not trim a polyline to the intersection between it & the extension of another polyline (used as a cutting edge) when EDGEMODE is on. Instead you get random geometry for the resulting polyline.
(Ref. ICAD V3.1 TV 2001).
Known bug? What about V3.3?
