Hi I am having trouble with the rotate part of relocating a drawing to another coordinate system. Is it posible to do a copy and rotate by specifying coordinates?

Hi I Have rotated my coordinate system 90 DEGREES around the Z axis. So X is up and Y is to the left on my screen. But when I dimention my drawing the dimention are up side down. Is there a way to change how a dimention looks. Thank you
