I'm also running Win 10. I ran into the problem after uninstalling and reinstalling a previous build. I'm not sure why it would behave any differently than any other app, but it does.

I own a license of CMS IntelliCAD 10.1 Premium Edition Plus x64 and am wanting to uninstall my current version and replace it with the most recent build. However, the program doesn't show up in my 'Control Panel' to uninstall. Please advise. Thanks.
