Is there a pending Developer API forthcoming for version 14 in the downloads?

If not, what changes to the current Developer API (v13.1) do we need to make for files to compile and work?

Yes I compiled with .NET 4.8 and yes I can manually load it, but I have to do it every time I start the application.

When I try to open VBA, I get Visual Basic is not available due to license restrictions. Can someone tell me what is going on here?

I am drawing AEC walls. I get the same results regardless of whether they are Interior or Exterior Walls.
