I've been using the xref manager to attach reference files, but all of the suddde3n I cannot get the xref manager to show up. I type xref in the command line and it acts like it has opened somewhere, but I can't see it. Any thoughts?

Thank you. That worked great. Now how do I get the image to print more transparent? I changed the transparency, but it still plots dark.

I have imported an aerial photo as a background for a survey plat. I am using Carlson Survey with intellicad 8.2.1107.92523.P.VC11.x64.RF82a engine. When I plot the drawing, the image covers all of my linework. How do I set it so the image will plot as background and transparent?
