Layout Tab Problems

I have version 6.1.19 and found a problem with the layout tabs. When you add the 11th layout tab to a drawing and save it, ICAD keeps the last, new tab but randomly blows away an existing tab so that only 10 layout tabs are left.

Is there a fix for this?
