I think Intellicad Explorer is not exactly the same as Autodesk Designcenter. AutoCAD's Designcenter allows you to browse the file system and drag and drop blocks, layers... from other drawings, while Intellicad's Explorer usually focuses on managing resources in the open drawing (layers, dimstyles...

Trying to use Intellicad rev 14 explorer like i did with autodesk designcenter. I can explore inside a currently open drawing but i can not explore file system to find other drawings or look into folders. wondering if some environment variable needs set or if im missing a menu item or tool bar?
