Thank you Michael, I did mean to plot to a .plt file, should have made myself clearer. I know the option is in the plot dialog box for AutoCAD and did not see it in IntelliCAD. Still totally very new to all this, cad that is.

Thanks for the routine. I did not have any problems getting it to work when I made the directory called Lisp and also added it to my path.
