If your machine has crashed and you're not able to run CMS IntelliCAD anymore, or have rebuilt a PC without deactivating the CMS IntelliCAD license as required by the EULA, then a support pack purchase is required in order to get an outdated license reauthorized for a new activation on a sytem supported by the respective CMS IntelliCAD version:

If you're running the most updated version of CMS IntelliCAD, then please send an email to register@etoolbox.com , report your LICENSE ID number and the issue that has caused such problem. Also notice that licenses activation are ruled by the software EULA terms that users opt-in before downloading and installing the CMS software.

IMPORTANT: CMS IntelliCAD 8.1 licenses and prior versions are not compatible with recent Windows 10 update developments. We highly recommend users to maintain their license using the latest CMS IntelliCAD version here:
