iwant to make a new drawing in decimel units
and i want to convert the metres unit into cm or mm how to do that

In CAD we use drawing units to represent any unit we need and draw at full size.
1 drawing unit can represent 1mm or 1m or 1cm.
If you have a drawing where 1 drawing unit represents 1 metre, just scale the drawing up by 100 and the drawing in now in cm's or scale the drawing up by 1000 and the drawing is now in mm.
