I don't remembering having this problem before.
I did a drawing of piece of sheet metal with precise dimensions. The piece is 23"x 8". I have about a dozen mounting holes arranged that have to precise. To verify I have everything correct I printed the drawing on paper and every time the outer limits of the piece are off about an 1/8 to 1/4" I have a CNC table I use for drilling the holes, I draw the drawing, saving as .dwg and then convert it to a .dxf file and then transfer it to the CNC machine. In the very recent past when I did a drawing and confirmed it on paper everything came out perfect. I have done numerous test drawings using different shapes and sizes and they are all off. I have used two different computers and get the same results.
Is there an intelloicad update I need? As far as I know I have the latest version on both machines.

Try using a different CAD software to see if the issue persists.Bobj49f2 wrote: ↑Mon Dec 30, 2024 7:42 pmI don't remembering having this problem before.

Re: Printing to scale
#3It sounds like a printer scaling issue, not a drawing problem. Check that your print settings are set to "Actual Size" or 100% scale, and disable any “fit to page” options. Also, verify your paper size and printer driver settings. IntelliCAD likely isn't the issue if both machines show the same result.Bobj49f2 wrote: ↑Mon Dec 30, 2024 7:42 pmI don't remembering having this problem before.

Just to add to above.
I have just created a new drawing, set the limits to 0,0:210,297 (A4)
Placed a 100,150 rectangle in the center of the limits/page
then printed,
When printed & measured, by eye/rule, the rectangle is 100,150
print settings:
