You'll need to run CMS IntelliCAD with administrator privileges. This requirement is also noted on the download page of our website.

As I said I followed the instructions for installing V15 as posted with no change. I right clicked and run as Administrator, then this pops up. If this doesn't install how do I get my money back?

Could you please confirm which file you are attempting to run from the D: drive in your screenshot? Is it our .exe installer or setup file?
