I'm trying to use a raster image as an underlay. I've tried jpg, tif and bmp. The results are always the same. I can scale the image up and move it once ot twice but then I eventually lose the ability to move it further. Although it is sitting there in front of me the program completely ignores it. Selecting by window and crossing is useless.
Is the raster feature buggy or am I missing something?

Problem solved in Version 6.1 along with a few other bugs that were driving me nuts.
