I have been making blocks from some drawings, for use in other drawings, when I insert the block the program defaults to size and position, dialog and when I position the part it gets distorted, thats the annoying part, I have to remove the check mark in the "position block when inserting" check box every time, is there a way to make the default to no check mark?

Near as I know, the "position block when inserting" is the default and can't be changed. I don't see why they are being distorted when placing. When iserting, click once to position and hit enter three times.
