how do I stop the list of command options from popping up every time I type a command on the command line?

Please, go to the Options dialog box (Tools -> Options...) and, in the "Display" tab, uncheck the "Display prompt boxes" option under the "Menus" section.

Is there a way to toggle the entity snaps off and on without actually resetting them each time. I am used to using F3 for this but it does not seem to work with IntelliCad.

Go to the Customize dialog box and, in the "Keyboard" tab, search "F3" in the "Defined keys" list. Then type '_ESNAP;_T in the "Command" textbox (at the bottom) and close the dialog. Then F3 will do it.

If you can't find "F3" in the Defined Keys, click the "New" button to create a Key for F3 with the above command.

It is already set as you suggested. That will turn the pre-set snaps on OK, but when I hit F3 again it does not turn them off. That is what I am looking for if possible. Something that does both.
