Flyover snaps
#1I am starting to use flyover snaps. I don't know which ones are commonly used beside endpoint. Which snaps do most of you guys use ? I will hopefully doing Machine drawings. Thanks.

Snaps settings are 100% customizable. It helps you to set the snap tools the better way it fits to your work, and the way to do it depends on your experience drafting.
Personally, as an architect, I like to keep running the enpoint, intersection and midpoint snaps permanently.
I think that few snaps running is better, because if you have so many turned on, it increases the posibility of not getting the exact point you're looking for a certain command.
You might have the snaps set, but anytime you can use a snap that is not set, to locate a certain point, like a perpendicular, a arc center, etc., or even a non snap, when you only want to draw a line freely, for example. This is done by right clicking and choosing the snap.
After the command is done, the snaps continue working as you configured them.
You may try starting with endpoint, intersection, midpoint, and center running permanetly, and check if this combination is comfortable for your work.
