I tried to use ImportShapeFiles_v10 which I downloaded from the homepage, but I still can't use the Shape.
I don't think I can Load the Shape with the method in IntelliCAD Help, so I'd like you to tell me how.

Not sure what you mean about "use the shape".
In fact, the ImportShapeFiles command will insert points or polyline objects base on the shapefile.
