How can I make the Numonics Digitizer work with Intellicad?

I have downloaded and installed the latest Wintab driver for Numonics digitizer from the Numonics home page. The digitizer works fine with every Windows' application but not with Intellicad. I notticed that I can use the digitizer pointer device to perform the regular mouse(com1) functions at the Windows' interface and many other applications but when I maximize Intellicad the tablet doesn't work anymore. It do not repond to the the movement or the clicks and it only happens with Intellicad.

I typed "TABLET" at command line of Intellicad and then "ON". The command line prompts me to "Digitize point #1" but when I click with the digitizer pointer device in any place of its surface, nothing happens.

I am running Intellicad release 03-19-01 under Windows 98 with Numonics Accugrid digitizer.
