Crash on Startup When Run for Second Time

CMS ICAD 9.2. - The first time I start it, no problems. But if I close it and start again, it crashes right after the message asking about macros. The only way I can get it to start again is to uninstall and reinstall. Then it runs one time; next time it crashes. I sent in a crash report but have not received a reply.
