IntelliCAD slow to launch

On my laptop InteliCAD is slow when launching, it can take around 45 - 60 seconds to get to the macro on/off screen?
Just ran an update to the current version 9.2.688.109854.PE+.VC15.x64.CMS92a.
It opens almost immediately when I am in the home office on my desktop.
Can anyone suggest any steps to troubleshoot what is causing the delay?
