CAD Software Forum

Not sure if this is the correct place for this but here goes.
I have deactivated my 9.2 lic and uninstalled the software.
I have installed 10 but cant now activate the software.
I have the activation key that came when I purchased 9.2
The activation count on the website is 1 of 2 so that should be ok.
From what I can figure the Registration ID is not being accepted but it seems system generated.
Can anyone offer any assistance??

Thanks Steve, yes, but I also read the intellicad docs indicating this was a straight forward process and perhaps thats not always the case.
On the license website it also says my licenses are 9.1 so I'm not confident they are ok for 10.
