For some reason, my Properties panel is being displayed under the drawing workspace, and I am unable to click or move the panel anywhere. Even when I try to open Properties using other methods, I cannot click on the it. Does anyone know how to resolve this? Thank you.

If supported by the version you're running, use RESETUI command.

I tried RESETUI command, however nothing happened.
