Iso metric cylinder

I need some help in drawing an isometric cylinder or in my case a tire
In Help look at Polygon Meshes and select "Creating Revolved Surface Meshes"
The help shows how to create a glass using a revolved surface mesh. A tire is a circle revolved around a centre and uses the same technique.
