Installation Issues

I am facing a problem installing ICAD on the computers in our office. We use both windows 98 and Windows 2000 on our computers, with diffeent users logging in to the machines at different times with custom settings. ICAD runs only with the login it was installed under in windows 98, and the computer just hangs if I try to run the application under Windows 2000. Is there a way of getting round this as our work is stuck!
