Graphic issue

Hi, sometime I face very rare graphic issue shown in the figure (the green lines). Why does it happen? any fix?

I've encountered this, especially when printing, and was able to trace it back to not properly ported elements. For example, old autocad files that had Autodesk Architectural elements in them. Sometimes it was text or a stray line. Once I deleted the element they disappeared. Usually the stray lines would connect or intersect the bad object which is how I could find them.
Not sure if this is what is happening to you but have a look.
