IntelliCAD errors

Does any moderator know how to solve this problem incated Some Major errors that we were encountered in Intellicad. Please help us.. I need your advise.
1. Architectural tick disappearing.
* regen of drawing doesn’t work
or match prop.
2. Stacked fraction are scaled down
(you can barely see it ) when you open a drawing. You have to explode each dimensions then edit each one of it, wasting time.
3. If the drawing are scaled and the
Dimensions are not yet exploded, when you open a drawing, the values of the dimensions were tripled.
Ex. The real value is 42’-0 only. When you open a drawing it has change to 126’-0’
4. HATCH
When the object being hatch is small, the computer will hang, a menu box will say illegal operation, you will have to re-start the computer, and in the process lose unsaved informations.
5. If you render two (2) consecutive
Commands, the computer will hang or if not the intellicad software will close automatically, therefore losing unsaved changes that you have made on the drawing.
6. Autosnap.
7. Copy / paste
8. Printing- new setting for every print job.
9. When editing erection drawing for a whole job, the computer will hang if there are already a couple of drawings open.
10. If the lines are polylines (ex.spline) you cant use as trim edge.
11. If you zoomed in an object the screen will go full white you wont be able to see the object anymore or the computer will automatically shut down.
12. Sometimes you can open a certain CAD drawing on two (2) computer simultaneously, without indicating that the other one (1) is read only, or at other times when you open a drawing and a second person opened the same drawing, the one in your workstation will become read only file instead of that of the second person
