While I can do some minor changes with AutoLISP with AutoCAD which most of the time it will work for me,
Since, started working with Carlson IntelliCAD, didn't get proper documents about changes with AutoLISP functions for IntelliCAD,
It will be apricate someone can help me with given below code.

I don't have the Carlson but it works with CMS IntelliCAD 13.0 version.

If you can't use your lisp script you can use Qbrick in ARX code :

This ARX script make the same but with other tools....

ARX tools cannot be load into Carlson IntelliCAD 11.1, Looks Limitations are there with the software unfortunately.

But what is your error with this INTLINES Lisp? May be the console say that?
You can too add some code in the file to stop the code and display the content of some variables?
