Question #1: If I purchase IntelliCAD 14.1 PE Plus, will an installation CD and a USB dongle be mailed to me, or will I be required to download the software and make my own dongle using your utility?

Question #2: I've called the phone number on your site numerous times and nobody ever answers and I never get a call back. Is there a phone number available where I can find answers to the first question.

Looks like you can get a physical copy and dongle, but only as a paid add-on. For the phone issue, you might have better luck reaching them via email or support ticket if calls aren’t being returned.

R #1: We do not mail physical media by default; our software is primarily provided as a digital download. However, you can choose to purchase a physical USB dongle license. In this case the USB device is the license itself. If you just want physical backup copies of the software installer, you can purchase a DVD and USB flash drive combo during checkout.

R #2: Our phone lines were likely busy when you called. If you cannot get through, please leave a voicemail or send us an email. Emailing us is usually the fastest way to get a response.

The USB dongle option is useful for anyone who prefers a dedicated hardware license instead of managing everything digitally. Email support also tends to be much faster than waiting for a callback in my experience.
