NURBS Control Vertices (CV)

I want to edit CV of a NURBS surface. In autoCAD, when i convert a surface to NURBS then the vertices are editable, i can rebuild the surface to create new CV etc. Is it possible to edit CV or a NURBS surface in IntelliCAD ? If not, what is the point to allow to convert to NURBS if we cannot edit it ?
