How to successfully update to a new version of IntelliCAD EasyRun

It seems like I never have success with new major version updates of EasyRun. I usually have to completely uninstall the old version and then install the new one. But even that is sketchy. Sometimes it works, and often it doesn't, and when it is the latter, I end up spending an inordinate amount of time getting back up and running again. So, this time around, instead of inventing a few extra 4 letter words, I thought I'd try something new and ask the forum.....
I just started IntelliCAD without a problem, but it was version 14 and I want the new version 15. So, I shut down IntelliCAD and found EasyRun 15 on the website. Cool, I thought.... I'll just click that and hopefully it will automatically download 15 and I'll be golden. Unfortunately, it did not download 15. Instead, it just started 14 just like the launcher usually does. So this begs the question.... There are separate launcher is my account for 13.1, 14.0, 14.1 and 15.0, so why is the 15 one launching 14.0? Do I really need to uninstall 14.0 on my computer before I install 15.0?
I have a bit of a love/hate relationship with TurboClient. It kind of, soft of, sometimes works. I think it is a good idea, but I would like it to be rock solid and idiot proof. If I'm doing something wrong, then my guess is that a lot of other people are too. The expected result of clicking something that has 15.0 in its title is that, in fact, it launches the latest version of 15.0, not 14.0
