good question, I heard several months ago that the consortium was working on an upgrade to be released this summer. whether it will be "5", I don't know. Hope this keeps the question alive.

All,

Release 5 is currently being tested and will be released to the moderators in the next few days.

CMS will no doubt release it in the near future, it is generally about one to two weeks after the moderators recieve their test version.

This is barring any major problems.

Hope this helps

ferol,

I have installed the professional version of ICAD 5 and this feature is not available in the copy and move commands.

Direct Distance Entry is only available on creating entities.

I have agreed to do a tutorial in VBA for creating Add-ins and I will create these Direct Distance Entry for the copy and move as new commands.

This will only be available for purchases of ICAD with VBA.

I am from Australia and we are the only Nation that has a holiday for a horse race "The Melbourne Cup".

I am from Adelaide and will be heading to Melbourne to join the festivities and when I return I plan to start the tutorial in a few days.

Ferol and John Finlay,

I tried the CMS ICAD demo and as stated the Direct Distance Entry does
not work with MOVE and COPY which is very curious because it functions
perfectly in Demo Version 5.0.0020 from B and in Demo Version 4.8.001
from A. Perhaps CMS has to refresh the code base and recompile???
