There may be a bug in IntelliCAD 6.0.12.1 PE+. When Entity Snap is enabled, moving the mouse cursor along a polyline doesn't cause messages or icons related to entity snaps to appear. How can I fix this problem?

I am not getting this problem.

Sorry for stating the obvious, you need to also select a command that uses snap modes e.g. Line.
