What are your ideas on the best way to set up the program to do a monochrome PDF export?

One company I draw for requires DWG files, with particular layer colors, (i.e. yellow for text), and drawings in PDF format, also. I need the PDF drawings to be black and white. Any ideas, other than creating a seperate drawing?

You can print your drawing to a PDF printer and set your colors to print black and white.
