I can get any of the paper space zoom commands to work. I've tried in both model and paper space (both in Tile mode 0). No luck. I keep getting the error: Object does not support this action. However, the zoom commands work in Tile mode 1. Sample code:

ActiveDocument.ActivePViewport.ZoomExtents

I can confirm that there is a problem with zoom in paperspace as your post.
