Printing images

Has anyone had success printing a raster image inserted in Intellicad? If so, what combination of image type/resolution do you use?

I've printed small images in letter size layout, and with a resolution of 1024*768 they've worked fine.
There are some other sizes, but when I get home I'll post them for you, because I don't remember. These are good for printing big rendered images.

O.K., a good size for printing is 2048x1536 is for high resolution and not so big.
I've used JPG's and they've worked fine.

I did try similar combinations, to no avail. When printing to our HP Laserjet 5000, nothing comes out (except drawing entities). When I print to pdf, the entire page comes out black. I'll have to investigate som more...
