driver issue

We just bought the inlellicad premium 2000 (by download) and have printing problems. i believe it is a driver issue.
1.- I've got a 2230ij xerox and texts changes their position.
2.- It does not recognize pen output colors.
3.- When I open an autocad 2000 file It does not recognize some comercial fonts. (arial, romans, etc)
4.- I do not have the pan and zoom realtime option, as it says in your web site.
