open dialog box

I went to open a new drawing and I didn't get the dialog box like normal. Can somebody please help me with this. It is a pain without it. Thanks

Type filedia and set to 1. If that works, great. Type cmddia and set to 1 also.

Yes it can happen, some lisp routines might set it to 0 and forget to set it back......
