Compatibility Question

This may be a dumb question, but I have yet to find the dumb answer. Are Autocad plugins compatible with Intellicad? If so, are most compatible? A few? Barely any?
Autocad plugins are not compatible with Intellicad.
Autocad Lisp routines mainly are, most work without problem, some need a small bit of tweaking.
