I am trying to figure out how I create two intersecting lines with a specific angle ex: 10 degrees. Basically, let's say I wanted to create a two dimensional pie and define the inside angle for each slice. How do I do that? I know how to change the text, but how do you change the angle to something you specify?

Well you could use Array>Polar...
Or Copy the first line directly over itself, then Rotate the copied line.
Or just draw a line at 10-degrees and move it to where you want.
Or issue the Snap command, then respond with Rotate... 10-deg. The axes will rotate and you can draw using the new crosshairs angle.
